Where in the world is Carmen San Diego?

Fifteen years ago, the game "Where in the world is Carmen San Diego?" (made around 1985) is the most popular among the kids, worldwide. During that time, Pacman, (made around 1980) another kiddie game is also becoming popular. Here in Davao City, only a few homes own a PC because during that time, a PC is considered to be a luxury, just like the telephone. My siblings and I are lucky because our Dad's work involves much of calculating and data preservation that he must really buy himself a PC. So, even when we were little kids, we already have a PC at home. I can still remember the looks of our first machine. The monitor's just around 14", the CPU box is small and it doesn't have a 3 1/2 floppy drive, only a 5 1/4 floppy drive. If you are familiar with the 5 1/4 floppy disc, it is color black, really thin just like an envelope,  and each side is =  to 5 1/4in. Our first PC is still black and white with a Disk Operating System as its processor --no windows, etc. At the desktop, you will only see a selection from A-H in a tabulated form, just like this :

So, to choose what application you want to use, just key in the letter which corresponds to the apps. In the Games section, if I'd like to play Xenon, what I'd key in is : G, 1 .. then I'll be guided to the game. No mouse. You can only use a keyboard, and if you have a joystick, you may use it too. Games are only in 2D, everything's so rough-edged, but even with that, we still enjoyed playing the different games.

So.. Where in the world is Carmen San Diego? Well, I just miss playing this game that's why I checked the google engine if I can download the game, and oh well..luckily, I did! Since yesterday, I have been staying up late just to finish the game. And just tonight, I was able to capture Carmen San Diego and my name was placed in the game's HALL of FAME! Isn't it fantastic?? I was able to capture Carmen San Diego in Sydney, Australia on a Saturday, 1pm. I am so happy. hhhmm.. Maybe I will download either Xenon or Prince of Persia later. I'll see if I still can remember how the game is to be played. XD
