It's funny how some of my friends treat me as their "doctor". I am no doctor, honestly. It's just because I took up nursing for many years now and somehow I manage to be good at it. When they get ill, they text me as to what medicine they should be taking, so before I give them an answer, I ask them too what the symptoms are. Of course, I won't be giving medicines that are not over-the-counter, for I am no doctor who can give them a prescription. Two days ago, one of my friends who has this life-long battle against obesity finally got herself some help by the professionals. She was prescribed with this generic Phentermine which she will take for about a month. This pill helps her control her eating problem thus it supresses the constant longing for food and appetite. She asked me if it's good, of course, since it is prescribed by an authorized physician, it certainly is good for her. Some people really has a huge problem with their weight. My take on this is that, it doesn't really matter much on what kind of diet you have. It is by how much you put into your mouth and how much your body can metabolize at your age. It comes with the amount of food intake...If one is too lazy to exercise, then, think about cutting your food intake into half. With that, you will have no problem with excessive weight. Until next time.
